Joe founded Nortex Roofing Ltd. in 1991. Since then he has guided it in accordance to our motto of “Growth Through Quality”. He has been delivering quality roofing services for over 20 years and his long term relationships with satisfied clients is a testament to the quality of the work Joe oversees here at Nortex.

Mark has been working in various capacities within the roofing industry for over 15 years. He is currently the COO and chief project manager. His vast knowledge of the roofing industry allows him to quickly resolve many otherwise complicated issues and provide clients with service of the highest standard. He is involved in numerous aspects of Nortex’s daily operations providing a hands on approach to much of what we do. In addition to his activity within Nortex, Mark is also an active member of the OIRCA.

With many years of experience in the construction industry, Peter has attained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the complete building envelope and its reliance on a successful roof installation. This knowledge provides Peter with a unique perspective that enables him to see the whole picture and provide clients with accurate, honest pricing. As head of the estimating department Peter works closely with our estimators, project managers and clients to see every project through from start to finish.

Stephen Spano is a Registered Roof Observer with the RCI and has a BA from Laurentian University. He has been in the industry for over 9 years. With a vast pool of knowledge and experience as a roofing consultant, Stephen makes sure that a Nortex roof is one of the highest standards.
