Nortex Roofing has a firm belief in the health and safety of all employees, which is backed with our commitment to ensure it. For this purpose Nortex Roofing and Corporate Management Consulting have constructed a Health and Safety policy that addresses all issues related to roofing and construction. We make sure all of our sites and employees meet the current Ontario Health and Safety Act to ensure that our workplace is a Safe one.

All employees are briefed on Nortex Roofing procedures when first employed by Nortex to ensure their understanding of the high standard we have put in place and which we maintain. We have a Joint Health and Safety Committee dedicated to developing our safety procedures so that they best address the needs of our company and clients.

All Nortex employees participate in annual safety training covering the following:
